"I have only had one issue in all of years staying at this location. Pam, the manger on duty, was exceptional in her handling my concern. The hotel is always spotless, and the staff go above and beyond, from the welcome at the front desk, to the breakfast staff who all make you feel at home. KUDOS to Pam and the Duke Street staff."

"Stayed for a week for business. The location was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was expecting. Upon arrival, all the dishes were sanitized and in the dishwasher. Housekeeping does a great job. While i was at work they took all the dishes from the sink and loaded and ran the dishwasher. Breakfast was the standard fare, good and satisfying. The staff is very friendly and professional. The fitness center is complete and everything works fine...."

"It's the quality you should expect of a Marriott. There is a decent gymn, decent kitchen with cookwear, clean bathrooms and linen, a buffet breakfast, and walking distance from Wholefoods and some restaurants. Beware, you must pay for parking, $50 per day. But, there is metered parking in the back street, which is what we did and it's cheaper on the weekends.
